DrumClock Privacy Policy

DrumClock is made by Creedy Solutions LLC. The short version: DrumClock listens to drums on your device and sends MIDI. Nothing you play is recorded, stored, or sent anywhere.

Microphone and audio

DrumClock uses the microphone, or a connected audio interface, to detect the tempo of live drums. Audio is analysed in real time on the device and discarded immediately. It is never recorded, saved, or transmitted. The app asks for microphone permission the first time it listens; you can revoke it at any time in iOS Settings or, on Android, in Settings → Apps → DrumClock → Permissions.

What the app stores on your device

• Your settings (outputs, CC number, gain, and similar).
• Your tempo presets (names and tempos).
• The date the app was first installed, used only to run the 14-day trial.

All of this stays on the device. There are no accounts and no cloud sync.

MIDI, Bluetooth and local network

DrumClock sends MIDI messages (clock pulses and controller values) to the outputs you enable. Bluetooth MIDI and Network MIDI are off until you turn them on; iOS or Android asks for permission when you do. On Android, the Bluetooth permission is used only to find and connect to Bluetooth MIDI devices, never to determine location. These connections carry MIDI only, never audio.

Purchases

DrumClock Pro is sold through Apple's App Store on iPhone and iPad, and through Google Play on Android. Apple or Google processes the payment; we receive no card details or personal information. Entitlements are verified on the device with Apple's StoreKit or Google Play Billing.

In-app feedback

If you choose to send feedback from inside the app, we receive the message you typed, an email address only if you entered one, and a snapshot the app shows you before sending: app version, iOS or Android version, device model, current tempo and lock state, input name, gain and output settings. This is used only to answer you and fix problems. It is stored on our server for up to one year and never sold or shared. No audio is included.

What we don't do

• No analytics or tracking SDKs.
• No advertising.
• No accounts, no sign-in, no email list.
• No data sold or shared with third parties.

Children

DrumClock is rated 4+ on the App Store and Everyone on Google Play, and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
